6 National Crossbow Shooting Championship set benchmark for World Crossbow Federations

National Championship held last week in Ramnagar organized by field and Target shooting association of India where 90 participants participated from all over India with the Majority of shooters from UP and Punjab. Association president International Gold medalist Chandra Mohan Tiwari says it’s good to see that Indian shooters increasing day by day as soon many international championship doesn’t cross this no. Of participation he special thanks to all coaches, mentors and shooters to make this happen. Now we start planning to make players to win international championships by giving them Good training in future camps. In Spite of all we all are searching for sponsorship and govt. Help to improve this game in India.

Team for the World Cup in Croatia and Czech republic was announced soon from the top shooters of this event and camp. Before in recent years Chandra Mohan Tiwari Ankur Rawat Sanjana Jaiswal represented India in Major events, this time few new players emerged this time to represent the country . Coach and mentor from Punjab Mr. Parvej Joshi is also jointly working with the Field and Target shooting association of India to promote crossbow in Punjab India and world wide. Mr. Tiwari thanks to all Organisation team including Pavan Saraswat, Triloki Trivedi, Parvej Joshi, Sanjay Kumar Sharma, Ankur Rawat, Sanjana Jaiswal, Fahad Khan.

Mr Tiwari is searching for some sponsorship for the World Cup team to improve the performance for India and grab medals and laurel’s for India.
