With a bold vision, zero royalty model and 360 ° franchise support, Swad Amrutam Chai is re -writing the rules of entrepreneurship at one time – a cup of tea.

At the age of just 29, the first generation entrepreneurs of Ahmedabad are re -defining Anil Modi as to what the big dream is in India. Along with childhood friends Ronak Maheshwari and Nayan Prajapati, he co-established Swad Amrutam Chai a brand that has extended more than 150+ Tea outlets in just one year with an idea.

But this is not just the story of rapid development. This is a story of belief, purpose and self -sufficiency.

Rebel with a mission: Anil Modi

Anil’s journey began not in a boardroom, but in the chaos of young Udhyam. At the age of 16, while others focused on the school, he was already testing small business ideas. “He always says, “I would  run a panipuri stall Rather than work a 9 to 5 job.”

This patience developed in a strong marketing brain, in which Anil is now leading the growth, branding and digital strategy of Swad Amrutam. For him, Swad is more than Amutam tea – this is a tool for change. “We only didn’t want to sell tea,” they explain. “We wanted to sell opportunities-and a way of self-employment for everyday Indians.”

Swad Amrutam Tea: With a franchise model

Established in 2024, Swad Amrutam Chai stands out as India’s fastest growing tea franchise, thanks to a business model contained in simplicity, low investment and zero royalty. The average investment of just ₹ 3.5 lakh offers a full setup, training, branding and access to the franchise.

More importantly, it provides hope-especially for the youth who want India’s job.

150+ outlets across India

More than 1,000 jobs were made

Monthly franchise income from ₹ 50,000 to ₹ 1.5 lakh

90% franchise owners are first entrepreneurs

Swad Amrutam is now on a mission to create 10,000+ self -employment opportunities by 2027 and is ready for the international expansion of UAE, Nepal and East Africa.

The Backbone: Ronak Maheshwari and Nayan Prajapati

Behind the scalability of the brand, Ronak Maheshwari is a CA Inter and UPSC Mains-worthy strategist, who rejected the traditional career paths to lead Swad Amrutam’s finance and plan. “Dreams require a number,” they say. “Without structure, vision remains just a fantasy.”

Complementing it, Nayan Prajapati, is an MSc in Chemistry and former R&D officer, who now runs innovation, Product testing and quality control. Nayan brings the soul into the product: “Every cup should talk to the heart,” he insists.

Together, this trio – tied since the first grade – combines passion, skills and trust in a way that is rarely seen in startups.

Breaking obstacles, making dreams

The story of the team is full of unconventional milestones. Surprisingly, his first outlet was not run by him – it was a franchise. “We proved that you don’t need to run a shop to make a brand,” Anil says.

It has become the signature of bold, confident thinking brand. The influence of Swad Amrutam moves far beyond business.

looking ahead

Swad Amrutam is preparing to launch its own packed of tea leaves – bringing their signed tastes into homes. It is also building a technical-capable franchise system with an app for orders, reporting and learning-to ensure frequent support for franchise partner

Anil Modi says, “We have not started it as a business. We started it as a mission. To make it possible for the middle class of entrepreneurship.”

Swad Amrutam Chai is not just a tea brand – it is a social movement. A platform built by three friends, who dared to believe, designed to empower.

As Anil says:

“We don’t sell tea. We serve self-sufficiency-a cup, a dream at a time.”
