- Q: Can you tell us about your educational background and your expertise in ESG?
A: I completed my Environmental Engineering from PES College of Engineering (PESCE) and later earned a specialization certification from the University of Pennsylvania in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance). This certification has enabled me to integrate ESG frameworks into business strategies and sustainability initiatives effectively. My expertise allows me to help businesses align with global ESG standards like GRI, TCFD, and CDP.
- Q: What inspired you to start Greenosys Consultants and Solutions Pvt. Ltd.?
A: The idea behind Greenosys was to address the gap between business and environmental sustainability. I realized the need for a firm that could help businesses navigate the complexities of environmental compliance while driving sustainable growth. Greenosys started with the aim of delivering environmental audits, waste management programs, and ESG compliance solutions. Over time, we’ve expanded into infrastructure development, helping industries set up factories ranging from ₹10 lakhs to ₹100 crores.
- Q: What are some key services offered by Greenosys?
A: Greenosys is unique in that we provide a blend of sustainability consulting and infrastructure solutions. Our expertise covers waste-to-wealth initiatives, decarbonization strategies, and ESG compliance. Additionally, we offer end-to-end solutions for setting up industrial facilities, from planning and procurement to construction. This comprehensive approach allows us to provide a tailored service to our clients, helping them meet both regulatory and operational needs.
- Q: Can you explain more about your business consulting services?
A: Our business consulting services are designed to help companies adopt sustainable practices while scaling their operations. Whether it’s reducing carbon emissions or improving resource efficiency, we guide businesses on how to integrate sustainability into their core strategies. We also work with industries on compliance matters, ensuring they meet the necessary environmental and ESG requirements, which ultimately adds long-term value to their operations.
- Q: You mentioned infrastructure development. Could you elaborate on the scale of projects Greenosys undertakes?
A: Greenosys offers infrastructure development services that range from small-scale projects of ₹10 lakhs to large-scale industrial setups worth up to ₹100 crores. We manage everything from engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) to the commissioning of factories. This versatility and technical expertise allow us to cater to various industries, ensuring that their facilities are designed with both efficiency and sustainability in mind.
- Q: How do you think entrepreneurship contributes to solving environmental challenges?
A: Entrepreneurship is key to solving environmental challenges because it encourages innovation and out-of-the-box thinking. At Greenosys, we’ve worked on several projects that demonstrate how businesses can thrive while being environmentally responsible. My focus as an entrepreneur has always been to offer solutions that balance profitability and sustainability, creating value for both the business and the planet.

A: I’ve had the privilege of being a speaker at several universities and tech summits where I’ve shared insights on environmental sustainability, circular economy, and entrepreneurship. These platforms allow me to stay connected with the latest trends and innovations in the field, which I then apply to my work at Greenosys. I also enjoy meeting new people and exchanging ideas, which helps foster creativity and innovation in my projects.
- Q: Could you share more about your hobbies and how they influence your professional life?
A: I’m passionate about reading books and meeting new people. Reading keeps me updated on the latest industry trends, while interacting with new people opens doors to diverse perspectives. These hobbies not only enrich my personal life but also contribute to my ability to innovate and find new solutions in my professional endeavors.
- Q: What has been your biggest challenge as an entrepreneur, and how have you overcome it?
A: One of the biggest challenges has been aligning business growth with sustainability. Many industries still view environmental compliance as a cost, rather than an opportunity for growth. By demonstrating the long-term financial benefits of sustainability, we’ve been able to change this mindset. Through continuous learning, strong communication, and clear results, we’ve helped clients see the value in adopting sustainable practices.
- Q: What are your future plans for Greenosys?
A: Our primary focus moving forward is to continue advancing sustainability and circular economy initiatives. We aim to expand our consulting services and ESG compliance expertise, helping more industries transition to sustainable practices. Additionally, we plan to scale our infrastructure services, offering businesses the tools they need to implement eco-friendly solutions from the ground up. We have also planned to enter the e-commerce space by cutting out the middlemen, much like Scrapik, to create a direct and efficient platform that connects consumers and businesses, driving sustainability in new sectors.
