What if your brand had a creative partner that never clocked out, one that could execute bold ideas, respond in real-time, and deliver world-class work while you sleep? That’s exactly what Pixel Pav Digital, a creative agency founded by Annie Bakshi in Mumbai, is making possible. With its unique 24-hour, five-days-a-week operating model, this India-based agency is redefining how the world collaborates and creates across time zones.
At Pixel Pav Digital, the work never stops. Designed to serve businesses across geographies and industries, the agency supports everything from campaign launches and rebranding efforts to ongoing content production. Its model ensures continuous progress, faster turnarounds, and uninterrupted creative development. For global brands that demand speed, adaptability, and precision, Pixel Pav is the creative team that’s always on.
“Our model was born from a simple idea,” says founder Annie Bakshi. “Creativity should be just as alive at midnight in Mumbai as it is at noon in New York.”
The Making of a Visionary
Annie Bakshi’s journey to founding a globally agile creative agency is both unconventional and inspiring. With a background in Polymer Science and an MBA in E-Business, she began her career at Unilever, where she gained hands-on experience in branding, product development, and consumer insight. Her next role at a pet manufacturing startup gave her a ground-up understanding of how to scale a brand through design and digital strategy.
Her creative instincts led her to a U.S.-based agency, where she spearheaded global campaigns across industries including beauty, wellness, retail, and finance. After five years of building international client relationships, Annie returned to her roots in India and launched Pixel Pav Digital in 2024.
The name is a tribute to Mumbai’s round-the-clock spirit and the city’s iconic street food culture. Just like the “pav” that energizes millions daily, Pixel Pav was envisioned as a creative fuel that works at all hours, pixel-perfect, flavorful, and reliable.
More Than an Agency
Pixel Pav Digital is not a typical creative services company. It operates as an embedded creative partner for startups, Fortune 500 companies, legacy institutions, and next-gen disruptors. The agency offers a broad suite of services, including brand strategy and identity development, social media and digital marketing, content creation, campaign planning, UI/UX design, and visual storytelling.
What sets it apart is not just the range of capabilities but the seamless global collaboration it enables. While most agencies wrap up work at the end of a business day, Pixel Pav’s workflow hands off projects across time zones, ensuring momentum around the clock. From delivering branding for Indian unicorns like Acko to supporting digital strategy for publications like Business Standard, the agency adapts to the scale and scope of each project with agility.
Annie explains, “We don’t just work for brands. We work with them, like an extension of their in-house teams, deeply integrated, fully committed, and endlessly curious.”
Growth Through Challenge
The global recession tested many businesses. For Pixel Pav, it was a defining moment. As brands looked for leaner yet impactful creative solutions, the agency’s structure and India-based talent pool positioned it as the ideal partner. By offering world-class quality with operational efficiency, Pixel Pav grew rapidly, earning long-term contracts and trust from global clients.
“The recession forced businesses to rethink how they operate. For us, it reinforced the relevance of what we had built,” says Annie.
A Culture of Leadership and Inclusion
As a woman leading in the fast-paced domains of tech, design, and entrepreneurship, Annie brings more than strategic insight; she also brings a leadership style grounded in empathy, inclusion, and impact. She believes in giving young professionals, especially women, meaningful opportunities and real responsibility.
Her approach challenges traditional models of leadership, emphasizing collaboration over hierarchy and empowerment over micromanagement. Annie’s story resonates with many aspiring entrepreneurs who are navigating complex, male-dominated industries.
“You don’t wait for the perfect time,” she says. “You build your moment, trust your vision, and take action even if the path isn’t clearly marked.”
Looking Ahead
Pixel Pav’s vision is to lead the future of boundaryless creativity. The agency aims to expand its global reach while staying rooted in India’s rich creative and cultural context. By integrating technology with design, exploring tools like AI, AR/VR, and data-driven storytelling, the agency plans to push creative boundaries even further.
In the coming years, Pixel Pav aspires to become a global hub for inclusive talent, diverse perspectives, and purpose-driven innovation. Its goal is to help brands navigate constant change by staying adaptable, imaginative, and relentlessly aligned with their audience’s needs.
“Inspired by a city that never stops, built for a world that never slows down,” Annie says. “Pixel Pav is our answer to a world that demands more from creativity and from those who lead it.”
