Ltd. has joined hands with the Automotive Skills Development Council (ASDC) to expand high-quality skill development initiatives across India’s fast-evolving automotive industry. The agreement was formalised by Naveen Sharma, CEO & Founder of JustAuto Solutions, and Arindam Lahiri, CEO of ASDC, marking a significant milestone for both organizations.
A Nationwide Push for Industry-Ready Skills
Under the new partnership, JustAuto Solutions is now authorized to deliver:
- Training of Automotive Enthusiasts
- Training of Trainers (ToT)
- Training of Assessors (ToA)
These programs will be offered through newly established training centres across the country, giving candidates, trainers, and assessors access to industry-aligned, ASDC-certified skill courses.
This collaboration directly supports India’s mission to build a future-ready, technically skilled automotive workforce, enhancing employment opportunities and professional standards across the ecosystem.
Strengthening CSR-Led Skill Development Projects
JustAuto Solutions has already been a key contributor to several ASDC-driven CSR programs backed by major industry players. Two of the most impactful initiatives include:
Project Unnati – A Lucas Indian Service Ltd. (LIS) & ASDC Initiative: Pan-India program dedicated to upskilling mechanics and technicians across diverse segments, from two-wheelers to heavy commercial vehicles, tractors, and off-highway equipment.
JustAuto Solutions has delivered hands-on, livelihood-focused training, advancing the national Skill India vision.
Project Pragati – A BPCL & ASDC BSVI Training Initiative: A specialized program designed to equip two-wheeler mechanics with the technical competencies required for modern BSVI-compliant systems.
