Speaking about the venture, Pandey stated, “The culinary landscape of Lucknow is predominantly known for Awadhi cuisine, but there is an untapped market for regional specialties from Bihar. OrkEats aims to fill this gap by bringing traditional, home-style Bihari non-veg recipes to food enthusiasts.”
