New Delhi, October 01, 2025: Renowned poet and author Tushar Kiran Moodgal was felicitated by Hon’ble Member of Parliament Smt. Bansuri Swaraj at Prabudha Samwad, a distinguished literary gathering held at the Constitution Club of India. The event formed part of Seva Pakhwada, a two-week initiative dedicated to implementing developmental policies and celebrating the 75th Birth Anniversary of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji.
The gathering brought together prominent voices from the literary, academic, and political spheres. Among those present were Dr. Ajay Sharma (Director, Delhi Literature Festival & Spokesperson, Delhi BJP), Shri Ravinder Choudhary (District President, BJP), Smt. Shikha Rai (MLA, Greater Kailash), and Smt. Anita Baisoya (Councillor, Andrews Ganj).
Moodgal, who has earned recognition for his literary contributions and his scholarship in Japanese Studies, expressed deep gratitude upon receiving the honour.
“I am profoundly honoured and humbled to have been felicitated by Hon’ble Bansuri ma’am for my literary work and for my contributions to Japanese Studies. I am especially grateful to Dr. Ajay Sharma Ji for giving me the opportunity to be part of Prabudha Samwad, a dialogue that united stalwarts from literature, academia, and politics to celebrate the vision of our Hon’ble Prime Minister,” he said.
In his remarks, Moodgal reflected on the life and journey of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, describing it as a source of inspiration not only for India but for the world.
“Prime Minister Modi reminds us that true greatness lies in lifting others as we rise. His journey from a small town in Gujarat to becoming the leader of 1.4 billion people, and a global statesman, proves that no dream is too distant when fueled by dedication and a will to serve,” he remarked.
Moodgal further emphasized the spirit of Seva Pakhwada:
