Son of Mister Pranab Kumar Mukherjee who is a retired officer from Durgapur Steel Plant and Misses Sabitri Mukherjee, Priyajyoti is BSc., MSc., in Agriculture from Vishwa Bharti University in Shantiniketan, West Bengal. He has previously worked at Jindal Steel & Power LTD. in Raigarh and at Vedanta Aluminium Company for 5 years and is currently working in Tata Motors for the past 13 years. Priyajyoti has contributed in developing new landscaping of New Indian Parliament as a head of Horticulture supporting Tata Projects which is truly an awe-striking act. It is under his remarkable supervision that Tata Motors set 3 significant world records for decorating the maximum number of flower pots in a single corporate venue in the years 2022, 2024 and 2025. He has been certified by numerous prestigious institutions such as Amnesty Tree Care Association (Pune); Forest Research Institute (Dehradun); CII IBBI Centre of Excellence For Sustainable Development; ICC, State of Israel, Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Dept of Agriculture, Ministry of Agriculture, MANAGE (Hyderabad).
