Sid The Sant Drops Explosive Debut EP ‘Rakshas’ on April 6

Mumbai, April 7:  Rising Hip Hop artist Sid The Sant (real name Siddhant Kamble) makes a bold entry into the Indian underground music scene with his debut EP titled ‘Rakshas’, released on all major streaming platforms and YouTube.

Starting his artistic journey as a breaker, Sid evolved into a rapper, heavily inspired by global icons like Lil Wayne, Eminem, and Kendrick Lamar. His transition from dance to music reflects his deep-rooted passion for Hip Hop culture since his school days.

The entire EP has been written and performed by Sid The Sant himself, highlighting his lyrical prowess and raw storytelling.

RedRayz, a renowned Jalgaon-born and Mumbai-based singer, rapper, songwriter, producer, and sound engineer, has fully executive produced the EP. Known for his collaborations with legends such as Arijit Singh, Diljit Dosanjh, Shreya Ghoshal, and global icons like Jason Derulo, Chris Gayle, and Jasmine Sandlas, RedRayz crafted every layer of sound—from beat production to mixing and mastering—ensuring an immersive listening experience.

RedRayz began making music at the age of 15 with no mentors, driven purely by hunger, hustle, and heart. A self-made sound architect, he doesn’t follow trends—he creates them. With ‘Rakshas’, he built the EP from scratch alongside Sid The Sant, forming a unique creative bond rooted in trust and vision. RedRayz brought intent to every element, shaping the soundscape with precision and artistry. His approach to music is deeply personal—it’s his language, therapy, and statement.

Aishwarya Kumar Petkar, one of the top DOPs in the industry, brings cinematic brilliance to the EP’s visuals. Having worked with numerous A-list celebrities, his lens captures the essence of ‘Rakshas’ in a visually compelling way.

The direction and editing have been helmed by Kala Ka Pratik, also known as Pratik Yadav—a multi-talented force in the Indian Hip-Hop scene. A Director, Editor, VFX Artist, Rapper, Lyricist, and Composer, Pratik first gained acclaim with his debut video ‘Tadak Padak’. He is the former owner of Aavrutti Music, later acquired by Divine’s Gully Gang, and has also appeared in Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy. His collaborations include working with international legends like Snoop Dogg, Macklemore, and Emiway Bantai.

Creative contributors Vizy, Prasad Jadhav, and J-Subodh played a key role in supporting Sid The Sant through the making of this powerful project.

Noir Production, a budding production house based in Navi Mumbai, is on a mission to spotlight underground Hip Hop talent from the region. ‘Rakshas’ marks their debut project, and it’s nothing short of powerful. With a focus on raw, authentic storytelling and experimental visuals, Noir Production aims to become a creative haven for emerging artists. Their bold step into the scene with a high-impact project like ‘Rakshas’ reflects their commitment to building a strong foundation for Navi Mumbai’s Hip Hop movement.

Produced under the banner of Noir Production, ‘Rakshas’ is more than an EP—it is a statement of rebellion, resilience, and raw artistry. Each track delivers a punch, echoing the hunger and authenticity that defines Sid’s voice.

With ‘Rakshas’, Sid The Sant and RedRayz are not just making music—they are redefining sound. The underground just got louder, and Sid The Sant is ready to lead the charge.
