Visionnaire unveils the C-Square System at Salone Del Mobile

The year 2025 marks a pivotal moment in the evolution of the iconic Italian Meta Luxury brand Visionnaire. Under the creative direction of Eleonore Cavalli, the brand continues to refine its stylistic codes. This ongoing refinement process aims to create an increasingly inclusive design language, aligned with contemporary markets. The strategic appointment with Salone del Mobile Milano is renewed once again, reinforcing the exchange with international and Italian audiences while opening new perspectives for dialogue. The new collection was showcased at the Visionnaire booth in the Fair, that embodies the brand’s current evolution, signaling a decisive step forward. In this evocative space, while the integrated design of complete environments remains one of Visionnaire’s defining elements, this year’s highlights were unveiled. A broadened focus aimed at enhancing the value of individual products. “Each piece gains autonomy, seamlessly integrating into versatile interior design projects and adapting to diverse contexts. Visionnaire fosters an open-ended narrative—an ongoing conversation with designers and stakeholders from around the world. This approach enhances the uniqueness and at the same time the adaptability of each creation, as part of projects of different scales and identities,” affirms CEO Leopoldo Cavalli.

The evolution that the brand is experiencing extends across every touchpoint. It begins with the design of its retail spaces, including the opening of the fully renovated Milan flagship store. New store launches in London and Shanghai will follow. This transformation continues with the creation of collections that capture the essence of our time, also engaging with new generations stepping into the market. It includes a brand identity refresh and the reinterpretation of some of the maison’s iconic stylistic codes, such as material choices, finishes, and color palettes. “These changes mark a true renaissance for Visionnaire, fostering the growth of a design community that looks toward the future with a contemporary and global vision,” says Art Director Eleonore Cavalli.

Inspired by Brazilian modernist aesthetics, the Visionnaire booth at Salone Del Mobile showcased the see-through C-Square system as its epicenter. This pioneering project within Visionnaire’s product range is an absolute innovation in the broader design landscape. Designed by Stefano Maria Pozzi, C-Square is a modular and partitioning system which spanned the entire exhibition space, dividing it into two distinct sections: day and night areas. This impressive structure, over 20 meters long and 4 meters high, was conceived with a precise goal—to move away from wood as the primary material of reference. In its place, Visionnaire has chosen aluminum, a sustainable and infinitely recyclable material. With its patented HYLEtech technology, it enables load-bearing structures up to 9 meters high with a thickness of just 10 mm. At the same time, the Nex-S patent transforms the modular system into a true architecture of light. The lighting source, completely invisible within the ultra-thin shelves, is dynamic and adjustable every 30 mm, with integrated programming. A new vision of smart home technology. C-Square carries a revolutionary message for the industry. Its construction features an innovative plug-and-play assembly system, eliminating the need for nails, screws, or bolts. Decorative panels are secured with a magnetic locking system, removing the need for tracks or hinges. This product demonstrates Visionnaire’s strong commitment to sustainability. The use of aluminum significantly reduces environmental impact and emissions, making this product a model of responsible development. As a Benefit Company, Visionnaire continues to uphold its dedication to sustainable innovation.

The focus on individual products—central to this edition of Salone Del Mobile—is made possible by the extraordinary contributions of renowned designers collaborating with Visionnaire. Among them, Alessandro La Spada, a longtime partner of the maison, presents some of his most celebrated icons, including the Babylon Rack Circle sofa and the Polaris chandelier, along with several new creations. One highlight is the Neolito bed, characterized by its sharp geometric forms and brutalist inspiration. Designer Marco Piva introduces the Flame seating collection, distinguished by an enveloping and contemporary design. The Visionnaire design team introduces the Mystic dining table, distinguished by sculptural metal legs with a strong visual impact. Designer Mauro Lipparini has designed the new Loving Frank sofa, which recalls some of Frank Lloyd Wright’s signature lines, evolving into a mini architecture that transcends traditional modular systems. The name pays tribute to Nancy Horan’s historical novel, which narrates the love story between the legendary architect and Mamah Cheney. With this homage to Wright, Visionnaire expresses its own declaration of love—a tribute to one of design’s greatest icons. Fabio Bonfà presents the Walker sofa and Aura seats, embodying a fresh and youthful aesthetic. This family of upholstered pieces stands out for its soft, embracing lines, breaking away from the rigid, structured seating concept to enhance comfort and relaxation—without compromising on style. Visionnaire’s most celebrated icons return, including the Shibari seating collection designed by Studiopepe and the Sputnik chandeliers by Draga&Aurel, which continue to define and evolve the brand’s distinctive aesthetic.
