Pune (Maharashtra) [India]: #MeToo Mission 2034 is proud to announce its celebration of International Men’s Day on December 14. This year’s event aims to promote positive male role models, challenge stereotypes, and foster a culture of equality and inclusivity with gender neutrality.
Venue for the event is Tarawade Clarks Inn JM road Pune and will commence on 14th December at 5pm.
The celebration will feature a range of activities, including panel discussions, Mr whiskers beard and moustache competition and I inspire awards
The event will bring together individuals from diverse backgrounds to promote a better understanding of the issues affecting men and boys.
“We believe that by celebrating International Men’s Day, we can promote a more inclusive and equitable society,” said Dr PRIYA PAREKH Founder Director and spokesperson for #MeToo Mission 2034. “Our goal is to challenge traditional notions of masculinity and promote positive male role models who embody values of empathy, compassion, and respect.”
International Men’s Day is celebrated annually on November 19 to recognize the contributions and achievements of men and boys. Due to elections in Maharashtra the event was postponed to 14th December
The day also aims to raise awareness about the issues affecting men and boys, such as mental health, gender stereotyping, and adaptation to the newer normals.
