A young talent who rose to fame with her multicolored talent. In the era of being multi-talented, many people have emerged as the talk of the town. It becomes difficult for people to concentrate on even one job, but for people like RJ Jyoti Raykwar, everything is possible. Apart from making a name for himself in the field of writing, Jyoti is also a radio jockey.
Possessing so much talent in her bag, she is currently running two shows on the radio. The name of the first show is Udan Chhu aired every Sunday evening from 4 to 6. While the other show goes live every day from 5 to 6 in the evening with the name ‘Bindas Sur Chowpatty.’
Having a keen interest in jockeying, Jyoti has proved that you can surely do that if you wish to achieve something, all you need to have is courage. Both of her shows are well appreciated by the audience; Through the show ‘Udan Chhu’, Jyoti aims to provide some mind calming music during the show along with interacting with listeners. While in the show ‘Bindas Sur Chowpatty,’ she makes sure she has a great amalgamation of songs for every listener. Both the shows run by Jyoti have just one motto: to make people’s lives happier, and songs are the best way to do it.
Talking about her journey as an RJ, Jyoti Raykwar stated, “Writer and RJ seem to be two different individuals, but once you see both of them together, they are the people who evoke emotions inside everyone. When I started my journey as a writer, I always had in my mind to write something that expressed each and everyone’s feelings so that they could connect with me with the help of mere words. But as soon as I became RJ, it felt good to hear things from people and what they think. When listeners share their stories, happy and sad moments, I feel truly blessed. As they have trust in me and knows that my show would give them the right platform to speak out their heart.”
“I always wanted to help people not in terms of money but through emotional connect. And today, as a writer and an RJ, I feel very proud of myself. I feel happy to share that finally, I can do what I always wanted to, serving people with utmost dedication,” she further added.
Not just she has been winning hearts because of her RJing skills, but in the past, she has penned down some books. When she released her first book, ‘Hope In Despair ‘Bastard Girl’ on April 21, 2021, the very same moment people started liking her. Every story that she writes has a meaning to it in itself; every book of hers is just amazing. Apart from writing, she also got a chance to get featured in a print magazine for her long beautiful hair. She has been in print advertising for Dabar Asli Amla Star 2013, winning awards and appreciation.
With so much talent, Jyoti plans to publish two more books, “Bhanwarkali” and “Am I Hanger?.” These are a few projects that she has been working on, and in the future, she envisions writing more and she wants to become the listener’s first choice as a best RJ in town.
