PDA Panchayat Held in Salarpur Under the Leadership of Subhash Bhati

Noida: A PDA Panchayat was organized in Village Salarpur under the leadership of Subhash Bhati, former District Panchayat Member and senior Samajwadi Party leader. A large number of local residents, party workers and social representatives participated in the programme.

Indrasen Gurjar from Saharanpur was the Chief Guest, while the programme was presided over by Satte Netaji.

Addressing the gathering, Indrasen Gurjar said that the Samajwadi Party needs to work towards bringing together people from all communities and all 36 Biradaris. He called upon the people to unite and work towards forming a Samajwadi Party government in the upcoming elections.

Noida Mahanagar President Ashray Gupta said that the party is preparing to contest the upcoming elections strongly in Noida. He said that all party workers would be taken along and the organization would be strengthened at the grassroots level.

Speaking on the occasion, Subhash Bhati, senior Samajwadi Party leader and organizer of the PDA Panchayat, raised several issues concerning farmers and residents of Noida’s villages.

He said that despite Noida being one of the country’s major urban and industrial centres, residents of several villages are still struggling for basic civic amenities. He said that local farmers feel that they have not received adequate benefits despite the Noida Authority being established on their land.

Subhash Bhati said that farmers are regularly forced to stage protests over their pending demands. He also highlighted the lack of adequate sewerage systems, CC roads, drainage, electricity and drinking water in several villages.

He said that the villages deserve development at the same level as other parts of Noida and Greater Noida. According to him, local residents are still compelled to raise their voices and organize protests over basic issues such as electricity and water.

He said that the objective of the PDA Panchayat was to bring people from different sections of society onto one platform, discuss their issues and strengthen the voice of the people on matters of social justice, equal participation and development.

Among those present at the programme were former District President Fakir Chand Nagar, Ashok Bhati, District President of Akhil Bharatiya Gurjar Mahasabha Sunil Chaudhary, Rahul Awana, Devendra Awana, Yogesh Bhati, Devendra Gurjar, Titu Yadav, Amit Bhati, Lakhan Yadav, Pushpendra Yadav, Gaurav Singhal, Neha Pandey, Pratibha Thakur, Jakesh Babu Ji, Charan Singh Bhati, Sukhbir Pradhan, Monu Khari, Sumit Chaudhary, Satpal Nagar, Gajendra Rakswal, Dinesh, Bablu Chauhan, Raghvendra Dubey and Vikas Yadav, along with hundreds of local residents and supporters.

The participants called for strengthening the party organization, raising local public issues effectively and working collectively for the upcoming elections..!
