Ingredients:

40 grams white sesame seeds
40 grams flax seeds
40 grams jaggery powder
1/8 teaspoon cardamom powder
2 tablespoons dry coconut (kopra)
1/4 cup water for jaggery syrup
1/2 teaspoon ghee
