Kanpur, (Uttar Pradesh) India: Thousands of devotees gathered at the Shree Karauli Shankar Mahadev, Poorvaj Mukti Dham in Kanpur on Monday for a special Poornima Darbar. On the occasion, they received the Guru Mantra (sermons and blessings) from the president of the temple, Shree Karauli Shankar Mahadev.
According to the organizers of the event, the devotees who came to the Darbar sought blessings of Shree Karauli Shankar Guru who gave them the sermons of mantra-tantra. People often get scared when they hear the name of mantra-tantra because it has been misinterpreted in the past and has been used to scare people. However, the devotees who come here do not fear the tantra and mantra because Shree Karauli Shankar Guru believes that it is also a symbol of practice and faith. Reportedly, the infamous Darbar is one of the only places in the world where this type of initiation is given.
Devotees who came to the darbar said that they had no shortage of wealth or luxury and riches, but they still could not find the purpose of life and were not contended with how they were spending their lives. However, after receiving the Guru Mantra from Shree Karauli Shankar Guru at this court, they have found a new direction in their lives.
According to devotees, the type of initiation given at the Karauli Sarkar Dham cannot be found anywhere else in the world. This is why Karauli Darbar has garnered devotees not only in India but also all over the world.
According to Hindu scriptures, the entire universe is made up of five elements – fire, water, air, earth, and sky, and these elements make up our body. In the program held at the Karauli Sarkar Dham, devotees first practiced the Panch Mahabhut Shuddhi and then were given the sermons. Panch Mahabhut Shuddhi is done to gain mastery over our five elements. Devotees who came to the court say that they felt happiness and peace after coming to the shelter of Shree Karauli Shankar Mahadev.
According to a member of the Shri Karauli Shankar Mahadev, Poorvaj Mukti Dham, the knowledge given by Shree Karauli Shankar l can be followed by anyone while fulfilling their family responsibilities. He also said that Panch Mahabhut Shuddhi is not mere fiction and fables, but a way of living life in which you feel contented, even without all the luxuries of the materialistic world. Thousands of devotees gather at this court in Kanpur every day and receive this initiation.
