Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh submitted his resignation to Governor Banwarilal Purohit amid turmoil in the state Congress. Raninder Singh, Amarinder’s, confirmed it and tweeted a photo of the Captain handing over his resignation to Purohit.
