After having established his mark and presence in the Hospitality sector, Chef Sahil Relan has now ventured into the land of providing consumers with his own touch of the oriental cuisine.

Chef Sahil has established a brand by the name Nirisa Oriental Grill. Under this brand Chef Sahil will be specialising in catering as this is one way to make his food reach a lot of people at once. This brand just adds another feather to Chef Sahil’s cap and just adds to his expertise.

Chef Sahil has spent more than 13 years perfecting his skills and honing his skills which have only got better with time. He holds immense grip over various cuisines. He spearheaded the Japanese cuisine front for Hyatt Regency, Delhi. Additionally, he gained more knowledge about live cooking at his time with Hyatt.

Alongside he kept conceptualising the idea of a live kitchen for oriental cuisine and thus Nirisa Oriental Grill was born to serve the true authentic taste of this special cuisine to the consumers.

Very recently, Chef Sahil had the opportunity to display his skills at a mega event in Sultanpur for Vandana Luthra who is an Indian entrepreneur and the founder of VLCC Health Care Ltd.

This was a wonderful opportunity for Chef Sahil and Nirisa to display their best work and grill, so to say. And the event was a major success. Everyone who attended was in awe of the food and the delivery. Bollywood actress, Raveena Tandon also graced the event.

Chef Sahil who was elated with the outcome of the event expressed his joy and said, “This was a huge event for me and I wholeheartedly thank the organisers for giving me this opportunity. I’m delighted that the guests loved our food and services.”

Chef Sahil talked about Nirisa and added, “We started Nirisa with the aim of taking oriental cuisine to the entire nation and making them accept it. We hope India likes our plan and will want to be a part of it. Years of thinking and brainstorming and experimentation has given rise to Nirisa. We come with some experience but we want to learn with our consumers. We want to explore their tastes and cater them accordingly. We want to grow with them. That’s the idea!”

With such a lofty experience of Chef Sahil and his never-ending thirst for growth, we are sure Nirisa will be loved and embraced by the nation!
