Summary Of The Book:

This book is a collaborative attempt at giving the patient relationship management within the healthcare industry a ‘makeover’. As a psychologist and contributing author, I hope to put a slightly different slant on the topic of ‘Patient Care Model’ in healthcare and look at the service industry of healthcare with a fresh and new perspective. When we discussed this book, our underlying objective was to prepare the clinical and non-clinical teams with relevant concepts of human psychology to develop a patient care model that support healing. The how’s and whys of this approach will unfold as you get through this book.
