SOMERSET, N.J., Sept. 23, 2026: Sphere Global will unveil PRISM POD 3.0, the latest generation of its vehicle inspection hardware, and PRISM ONE, its inspection data platform, at ALSC Global 2026 in Plymouth, Michigan. The unveiling takes place at 10:30 a.m. ET on Sept. 23 at Booth 16 and introduces the Total Vehicle Passport, a single digital record connecting every inspection, handoff and vehicle condition event from assembly plant to dealership.
PRISM POD 3.0 features a redesigned hardware enclosure with expanded camera arrays, improved low-light imaging and faster processing built for high-throughput inspection environments. The system captures a visual record of vehicle condition at each handoff point, giving quality and claims teams timestamped evidence to resolve disputes and trace damage patterns back to their source.
PRISM ONE brings inspection data, analytics and condition records into one interface, giving operations leaders a consistent view across every checkpoint in a vehicle’s journey. Capture happens automatically at the gate or the line. What the operation does with each finding stays with the people who run it.

Attendees at Booth 16 can see live demonstrations of the PRISM POD 3.0 hardware, a ground robot that runs yard-level inspection passes without a driver, and the Yard Walk AR/VR experience, which places visitors inside a working yard and shows asset positions as they move.
