‘Helo Maro Sambhdo’ – Garba ne Jano ane Mano brings interesting trivia about Garba

Ahmedabad, Gujarat [India] : It’s time to explore the Garba in completely new dimension. Helo Maro Sambhdo- Garba ne Jano ane Mano’ is first Gujarati Docuseries of Garba to date. It touches upon on different aspects of ‘Garba’ like origin, dance form, music, and other meanings of garba songs etc. It features various prominent artists like Tushar Shukla, Aditya Ghadvi, Jiggra, RJ Devki, Nishit Mehta, Kalpesh Dalal Raam Mori, and researchers, subject experts like Kartikey Bhatt. Panelist shared interesting trivia, intriguing stories which will bring Gujarat is across the globe closer to their roots. ‘Helo Maro Sambhdo’ Garba ne Jano ane Mano will stream on Hungama Play from 15th October 2020.

‘Helo Maro Sambhdo’ is a product, out of love for culture, language, and pride of being Gujarati. It narrates the never-seen-before tale of a legacy of Garba. It will bring audience closer to the roots. It uncovers wide array of not so known facts of Garba. All the panelist featured in the show are the leaders in their own field of art.  Aditya Ghadvi and Jiggra are singing sensation of Gujarat, Nishith Mehta Founder of Musica Fest and Musica Productions, has been folk music enthusiast and composed hundreds of original tracks.

Tushar Shukla is renowned Gujarati poet, who has over few hundreds of Garba songs under his name, Ram Mori is young and famous Gujarati author and film writer. Series also features Kartikey Bhatt, who is economist, academician and researcher on Garba.

Producers aimed to make content timeless, so that it will not highlight a specific period of time or it will not attract viewers only during Navratri, but it will appeal to proud Gujaratis whole year across the globe.
